Nutritional Awareness User Guide.

Here’s detailed information on how to research a symptom and its related components in the Nutritional Sounds database.

Start your search

1. First, type your research symptom (effect), osteoporosis, into the Symptom/Effects text box. Or, highlight the word osteoporosis with the mouse.  Start your search

Explore the Search Results

1. The screen you get will give you the main page for osteoporosis and the associated nutrients/ substances that have associations to your research choice.

2. Osteoporosis panel — general information.

3. Substances Related to Osteoporosis panel — information on substanced, nutritients, etc., related to your topic, osteoporosis.

4. Also Known As panel — alternate terms that mean osteoporosis.

5. Search options:
  • FindIt text box — powerful access to search for any information you need.
  • Or, click on any word in any of the three panels to open a page with the related information from the database.
  • Highlight two or more words and then just click the Search button to find them.
  • Use the Google button to search directly on the Web.

NOTE: We highly recommend that you explore all the information on the topic and everything related to a topic. The information offered is rich and deep to support you in discovering your individual nutritional needs as they relate to your specific situation’s symptom/effect.
The very quantity of information can be overwhelming but within a very short time, you will be surprised about how knowledgeable you have become and how easily you understand the interrelationships.

2.For example, if you double-click sodium in the Substances Related to Osteoporosis panel, the results will show you food sources, deficiency symptoms, and more.
