Nutritional Sounds
was created with the intent of helping people understand the laws of nature, which in turn creates harmony and good health. These laws of nature include pure foods, pure air, pure water, and a love of everything that makes Mother Earth a safe and environmentally sound home for each and every person for generations to come.
I began my research in the early 1970’s trying to understand what eating habits had to do with good health in relationship to vitamins, minerals, amino acids, fats, hormones, etc., as well as to the relationships between synthetic vs. natural and natural vs. natural whole complex compounds. One area of understanding would only lead me to another area requiring research. As I collected more and more books, attended conferences on nutrition, studied many home nutritional courses, I found that I needed a means of recall and a quick reference guide which would lead me to that “special nutrient” for the special friend in need.
In 1995, I began the creation of a nutritional database, which would be my ‘”instant recall.’” It has taken me twelve years to compile my research from hundreds upon hundreds of sources into a four-way interacting data system called “Nutritional Awareness.”
This priceless creation is now offered to you as your means of Awareness, understanding and plan of action to create a pain-free and fun life, a life of longevity without restrictions.
